It's been a week or so since my last post. Since my last post I have finally gotten the scale to reach the 30's!! So now I am officially 139! So 11 lbs down since June/July. Very excited about that. I can kind of see changes in my body but not much. I have lost a couple inches here and there but not anything to go crazy about. I am a little frustrated though with people telling me I look fine and don't understand why I want to lose weight. I know they mean well, but when I am buying jeans that are bigger than the ones I wore last summer (and I do this every summer) than something isn't right. I don't hold the weight in my upper body, it's all in my mid section and butt! And when I had to damn near unbutton my pants just to breath one day sitting at my desk, I knew at that moment it was time to make a change. And it wasn't about to be, buying a bigger pair of pants!! So I look at my "new" life this way. I am working out 4-5 days a week now. I feel more energized and happy. I drink water more than ever and I am actually taking vitamins for a change! I probably have fast food once a month and it's only if I HAVE to for some unforsaken reason and I make better choices in what goes into my mouth. My biggest piece of advice to give to anyone reading this is, if you want to have a healthier lifestyle and reap all the benefits that go with it, then by all means just make it happen!! I know it's easier said than done, but what is stopping you. You really can do it!! It really is a commitment, but it's for you. Food cannot be in control of your life. It just can't!! And exercises is just getting your booty up and moving those legs and arms.
